The project objectives is to build the Saudi Arabia Terminal station for the South East Asia –Middle East - Western Europe 4 (SEA-ME-WE-4) fiber optic submarine cable system stretching from Indonesia to France. The building will accommodate for the initial system capability if 1.28 G bits/s and subsequent upgrade to the ultimate capacity of 160 G bites/s.
