Project Info

The Ibadieh Palace consist of two building structures; the Main Residential Palace and the Guest Palace, each with three floors and a basement.
Total area 7,800 m2, out of which 5,800 m2 were in Almabani’s scope.
Almabani’s scope included, but was not limited to, the following:

  1. Decorative gypsum plastered ceilings with indirect lighting cornices.
  2. Decorative paint of walls and ceilings including three “trompe d’oeil”.
  3. Wood works including doors, cabinets, wall cladding and special ceilings, pergolas.
  4. Marble and stone flooring and wall cladding.
  5. Chimneys in stone and marble.
  6. Skylight dome.
  7. Wrought iron curved balusters including wooden handrails.
  8. Light fixtures.
  9. Bathrooms finishing including sanitary fixtures, special marble / stone cladding and flooring.

All works carried out were special such as oriented wood carving of doors and ceilings, musharabiah, water jet designs for marble and stone, special wrought iron and brass curved balustrades.
