Project Info

The contract includes the design, engineering, and supply of materials, equipment, labor and other requirements needed for the construction, completion and maintenance of the new VIP, New Domestic Departure Buildings.

Scope of works divided as follows:

Electrical (9 %):

  1. Design, furnish, install, modify, alter and test the necessary electrical works.
  2. Provide adequate power supply to all communication and special system equipment.
  3. Complete supply and installation of all lighting fixtures and accessories.

Mechanical (7 %):

  1. Design, supply, install and test of 2 Air Handling Units (AHU) Carrier brand, 140 tons total cooling capacity and 2 Roof Top Package Units, Carrier brand with 70 tons total cooling capacity.
  2. Ducting and piping works for chilled and circulation pumps.
  3. Supply and installation of exhaust fans, control system and accessories.
  4. Design, supply and installation of potable water, drainage, irrigation and waste water system with sanitary fixtures and toilet accessories.

Counters (2 %):

Supply and installation of new immigration counters and railings for the arrival and departure levels of VIP lounge, domestic and international lounges.
