Project Info

The Scope of Work for this project consists of:

  1. Dismantling and demolishing of existing service building and annex houses.
  2. Rehabilitation of Casino Building, including new mechanical and electrical equipment and new interior works.
  3. Rehabilitation of gambling halls with latest state of the art equipment and audio visual systems.
  4. Rehabilitation of all restaurants and kitchens with modern equipment and facilities.
  5. Rehabilitation of the Baccarat Night Club with new equipment, sound system and furniture.
  6. Rehabilitation of the Administration Building to provide shops (ground floor) audio visual control room (Aezzanine) and offices (first floor).
  7. Rehabilitation of external facades to aluminum, glass curtain walls and marble cladding.
  8. Development of new landscaping with tree plantation, road improvement and new lighting and signing networks.
  9. Construction of multi – story car park, 4.5m levels under natural ground level for 600 cars capacity. Concrete slabs are reinforced by steel rebars and post-tensioned tendons. The car park is surrounded by a load-bearing rock wall.
  10. Construction of service building for hand machinery such as electric power generators, electric transformers, fuel storage tanks and HVAC equipment.
  11. Construction of a water tank with 1300 m3 capacity.
  12. Construction of a concrete armored safe room 46 cm thick – 3 layers of heavy steel reinforcement on all slides.
